Mystery Shopping.

We would be pleased to conduct a comprehensive review of your commercial departments; reservations, conference, events and sales. Should you wish to evaluate your front desk, housekeeping, recreational facilities or food and beverage, we have the tools to produce valuable feedback on the level of service and professionalism of your teams.

Assessments on commercial departments can be conducted remotely, however, first hand experiences are necessary to evaluate and produce feedback on operational departments and hence, physical visits will be necessary.

We also assess and produce feedback on your competition, for those that don’t want to take the chance of being recognised by their biggest competitors.

We conduct mystery shopping and deliver feedback in a highly effective manner which will help you identify your teams’ areas for development. These key teams are instrumental to your business as they are the teams that communicate with your clients and your guests.

Our process starts with a few mystery telephone calls and emails to;

This is followed by a Request for Proposal to assess the standard, professionalism, response time and upselling techniques. Where appropriate, we request and assess a show round of the property by one of your representatives.
